Can you explain what you are trying to do?  What is the computer model and the OS installed?

Well you can try the following if you have a bit Knowledge of how windows Booting work:

  • Well try to enter BIOS/UEFI settings
  • Try to Set Boot Order
  • Check if Your Drive is Detected
  • Restore Defaults in BIOS
