Fans are too noisy.

Hi,

brand new computer G5 15 5500, no games, no Video, CPU usage is about 10-11% (mostly used by DELL unnecessary service utilities, like Nahimic - some sound enchancer which I never used and don't plan to use, four Killer Apps - stupid name for network analytic tools which I never requested for and don't know how to uninstall it)... But, the biggest problem is fan noise... they are launching for whatever no reason, the sound enormous and makes me crazy.

There is almost nothing run, the keyboard is cold, the backside is almost cold... in simply 36*C they start noising and cooling for no reason...

1. How to say them: Start only when there is a risk to CPU or to the plastic (at 120*C, not at 36*C)

2. how to uninstall a tons of unnecessary "services" software. which is not critical - have to be removed and offered as an "option"... in Support center any piece of software is called "critical update which I must install" (sure?)

PS. yes, I run hardware tests in BIOS (there is no any problem) and I've tried to change temperature in Alien Center and yes, I've chosen "Quite" profile in BIOS and in Power Management.   I had a good ASUS, it was working fine 6 years before started became "noisy on fans" and I bought DELL which is twice as louder then ASUS, just from the beginning... I wonder, how loud it will became in a few months?

Looking forward for your help!

If you could describe the noise, that would help. If the fan is just running a lot, it is probably clogged with dust. Blowing out the fan housing should help clean that up. A can of compressed air, available at most office stores, is a good way to force the dust out.
