Hello everyone I would like to bring it to the attention that dell has been replying vaguely again even now and just a face under the false pretense, I would like to get a system replacement as requested or according to dell if the fault is of the retailer then I would like a letter regarding the same, this situation has prolonged for too long now and is also obstructing my semester class and my ongoing semester exams, me scoring less in my exams will be dell's fault for not solving the issue sooner.

Dell is not responsible for any loss of use of the system.

Exactly what hardware has failed diagnostics, and what was the exact error message (i.e., if a hard drive is faulty, you see 2000-0142, or if memory is faulty you'll see 2000-0121, etc.).?

You are not going receive a favorable response to your request without a demonstrable hardware failure -- nor will they replace a system until three or more attempts to repair the same problem have failed.

As I have told previously, my system came with a 32 gb optane memory, but after a dell technician defragmented my laptop it was not showing anymore and started showing your disk does not meet the requirements for optane memory, it may be due to the partition being removed but since the even after contacting dell customer service they just said that it wont become a issue and that "it was a small segment made in the already given ssd, if anything happened and your system got slow you could contact us", now they are saying that it was never shipped with the thing in the first place, even though I have seen with my own eyes, this was one of the few reasons I had bought the device and therefore i was sure to check about this feature, but now it is not showing anymore.
