Fix BSoD stop code: VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE nvlddmkm.sys
I've DELL G15 5510 with NVIDIA GTX 1650 video card and 16GB of RAM.
I usually use its battery as "Primarily AC Usage" (BIOS Setup).
When I boot the laptop to the windows desktop without plugging the AC adapter in, the laptop gets the BSoD (VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE nvlddmkm.sys) then restarts, and it doesn't get it again.
When I boot the laptop to the windows desktop with plugging the AC adapter in, the laptop doesn't get it.
I've tried to fix the problem using DDU & clean install NVIDIA Driver, but the fix doesn't tale any effect for that.
Any solutions? and this issue is a hardware problem or a software problem?

Have this same problem pretty much. Always seems to be when I leave it closed for a long period of time and it needs to restart, and once apps start opening up again it'll freeze and give me the blue screen error. Event Viewer has given me a few different codes for different crashes (most of them "Kernel-Power" or "WPD-MTPClassDriver"), but the crashes almost always happen when I am restarting or turning on the computer. I ran a full system diagnostics test through the Dell website and everything showed up normal except for the Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics Card which gave me a warning notification. I would reckon it's a graphics card issue in that case. My last computer (an Acer gaming laptop) had a similar issue, where it was also a graphics card problem but it was much more of a frequent issue that this current situation. It really only crashes on me once or twice a month, and I have no problems with playing games or doing work on it, but turning it on after it fully shuts down almost always seems to lead to a crash. I'm not super great with computers, so I have absolutely no idea how to fix this (I'm gonna call Dell to see if they can help), but I figured if I shared what's happening on my end it might help a little bit. Hope your problem gets solved soon!
