Frozen on black logo screen - help!
Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1
Laptop is frozen on Dell logo screen (logo on black background) and literally will not respond to anything.
I've tried:
- turning it on and off - but it jist goes back to the logo screen.
- tapping f12 - no response
- tapping f2 - no response.
- holding down power button for 25, 30 and 35 seconds - no response.
I am stuck on this screen and can't do anything.
Pls help.

Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the mainboard.
Hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall the memory module(s).
With the battery disconnected, plug in the AC adapter and see if the system will power up. If it will, reconnect the battery and try again. If the battery halts POST, replace it with a new one.
If the system still won't power up, remove the SSD. If the system POSTs to a setup screen at that point, you have a faulty SSD that will need to be replaced.
If the system still won't POST to a setup screen, replace the mainboard.
