G15 5515 - Alienware Command Center Audio Equaliser

Hi i've just taken delivery of a Dell G15 5515, all updates have been installed.

When in ACC application, under audio, after setting the equalizer to my desired setting then exiting the app the equalizer settings are not saved and the sound defaults back to normal. 

Headphones are plugged in, Audio Effects is switched on, Equalizer is on, but the individual frequency sliders revert back to 0 (default). Have also tried creating a separate profile as shown but after exiting then reopening the application defaults back to the Alienware profile.

After, reopening the utility.

Have tried uninstalling, manually cleaning up left over entries and reinstalling but the problem persists. Can anyone else recreate the problem?

I'm having the same problem with my G5 5000, whenever I exit the application, it reverts back to the Alienware audio profile.  I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't help.  As I workaround, I have updated the Alienware profile with the settings that I prefer.  But this is not a fix, just a workaround.  We need an update from Dell.

Same Problem Trying to find Some Solutions Had Tried reinstalling the Alienware Command Centre and Realtek Audio Drivers But the profiles doesn't applied.

Dell Needed to acknowledge this problem

Found A Solution

We Need To Uninstall The Alienware Command Centre And Install The Old Version

Then It Works And We Need to Stop It From Updating It
