G15 5515, low RTX 3050 frequency
Dell G15 5515 Ryzen Edition
Hello,
Recently I had a problem with my GPU frequency. I have an NVIDIA RTX 3050 graphic card and its stuck on 210MHz. It should change to 1740MHz while gaming but it doesn't. This causes in drastic FPS drop in all of my 3D games.
I have tried:
- checking if my laptop is on battery save mode (It isn't)
- installing Windows again
- MSI afterburner overclock settings (it does nothing)
- Installing older versions of the driver as well as installing the newest one
- doing an BIOS diagnostic (It says everything is all right)
- uninstalling the driver
- changing the card from current to boost in CPU-Z
Some thing listed here worked for some time, then after restart we were back to 210MHz.
some specs:
processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz;
graphic cards: to render: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 laptop GPU, display: AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics;
Does anyone know what to do?

Aquilaxyz,
