G15 5530 Random shutdowns while doing high TASK or gaming

Hello Beautiful community,

I have like a one month and i'm facing a horrible crashes during gaming or high task since i use alot of Virtual Machines in my studies i though it was because of the thermal paste but it turned out because of the BIOS update 1.23 and 1.26.1 now i'm stuck between those two and i can't downgrade to the stable version 1.22 may someone help me in this i googled did anything avaible in the internet but i coudn't find a solution for this here is log from my BIOS > check picture
