It should but keep in mind that the most compatible RAM for Dell systems is Crucial RAM as found here.

I installed the same corsair ram 1x16gb on my dell g15 5521 se and it doesn’t boot, there’s two amber light then 5 white light meaning the ram isn’t compatible. When i swap the ram with a crucial 1x16gb the laptop boots again. Any solution??
