G15 5511. I7 11800H. 8GB RAM. NVIDIA RTX 3050 4GB RAM. Pre installed hynix 256GB SSD. Aftermarket 500GB Crucial P5 SSD. Running windows 11. 

I installed the Crucial into slot 2 and made that my boot drive. 

I'm having issues where when I leave my laptop shut and plugged in for too long it becomes completely unresponsive. Pressing keys or power button does nothing. I didnt check before I unplugged it but when I plugged it back in the charge light would not come on. It was at full charge. A couple times I have been able to hold the power button down for about 15 seconds and then the lock screen would appear and I could carry on as normal. Most of the time my only fix is to remove the back, unplug the battery, drain the flea power and then put it all back together. Each time I do that it won't boot first try and I have to F12 into one time start up mode. I'll click the HTTPs boot option and then everything is back to normal. It seems this only happens when the laptop is close for extended periods while on the charger. I havnt confirmed this problem when not connected to the charger. 

For a back story I recently had to completely wipe and reinstall windows image because the laptop would not register either of my SSDs as a boot device. After that I had a recovery and image portions on both drives. I wiped the hynix and set the Crucial to boot the laptop in the boot configuration menu. 

With the issues I've had so far Dell support hasn't ad the best advice. When I couldn't boot their fix was to send me a new SSD. I fixed it myself with very little computer knowledge before the new SSD arrived.
