G2422HS, black screen
Dell 24 Gaming Monitor G2422HS
Hi! I have just bought today a Dell 24 Gaming Monitor G2422HS. I have connected it to my laptop and everything is fine, except the fact that once a few minutes or even often I get a black screen for around 2-3 seconds. I installed the monitor driver that I found on internet, but still the same problem. What can I do?

* What PC model?
* What operating system?
* What GPU/video card model is in the PC?
* List all of the video out ports on the GPU/video card
* Explain how the monitor is currently connected to the GPU/video card using which cable and ports
* Have you tested all of the available video out ports on the GPU/video card?

The main cause of the Dell black screen issue is a bad connection between your graphics drivers and your operating system. Another possible cause is a display adapter driver update issue. You may also run into a Black Screen of Death after system updates or installations, which you may need a reinstallation of Windows.
