G3 3590 Alienware OC Controls, infinite loding

I'm stuck in the loading screen, so can't use it properly, even game mode (Fn+F7) doesn't work . Installation of a new or an older version doesn't work.
Also, every time when Alienware Command Center starts, it says that you need to install additional components for OC Controls, after installing them and restarting the system, program says again that you need to install the components, but during the installation it turns out that now it wants to remove it. So it turns out a circle, installation - uninstallation - installation.
I don't know what to do, it's impossible to play games like that.
