G3 Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver won't install

Question

I've just received a dell G3 laptop and have clean installed it. On the drivers and support page for my service tag it says there is a driver for 'Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver ' but when I tried to install it it says it is incompatible with the system. The service tag tells me I have a 'Dell G3 15 3500'. The driver says it is compatible with the system, but it eems it isn't. So what's the confusion? And what is the driver supposed to be for anyway? Why would you need to clean install anything on a brand new laptop?

I always clean install new laptops to start from fresh, as I own my own licence of Windows 10 Education and I like to ensure I know what is installed, what the lockdown situation is and to regain space
