G5 15 5500, Power Management Options

Dell G5 15 5500

I have G5 15 5500 , and on Power Options, I have no High Performance battery plan. I have only  Balanced

At the same time I have no plans in Alienware Command Center.

I tried Reinstalling  Alienware Command Center but it serves no purpose (tried with older versions also has same result page given below).

This seems to be a common issue with Windows 10. I've seen it after doing clean installs, but it's not consistent. It's not unique to Dell.

Try this. I think this was what I had to do:

Settings | search for Power & Sleep | click Additional power settings | click Create a power plan | select to start with High performance | give your new plan a name | Next | edit plan settings to your desired settings
