G7 17 7700, errors, will not run games

My Machine keeps crashing, citing drive failure or other nonspecific errors. Yet it continues to run. Here's the kicker, it runs just fine as long as I don't play any games on it. Yet this machine was supposed be a gaming machine ($1200.00 bucks worth). My warranty expired and Dell has tried to bilk money for an extension. Looks like I'm feeling nothing but regret about my purchase. I'm here to tell everybody that the DELL SupportAssist app is absolutely worthless. It can't diagnose squat. My next machine will NOT be another Dell and I'm telling google review and all the thousands of kiddies on TikTok about it.
