g7 7590 undervolt

i tried all the ways, and i can't unlock the undervolt in xtu. please, have anybody solution? i did with this instruction:

1. downloaded Bios 1.10 from Support Website

2. Ran it in windows and restarted

3. Entered Bios straight away

4. Reset to Factory Setting - this immediately restarts

5. Entered Bios straight away again

6. Reset to Bios Defaults - this restarts again

7. Entered Bios straight away again

8. Disabled UEFI updates inside the security Tab

9. Saved as custom setting

10. Exit - which restarts again

i7-9750h

doesn't work.
