G7 is Nothing but problems

Do yourself a favor and don't buy a G7 laptop. Nothing but problem after problem.

Windows 10 2004 and BIOS version 1.3 causes a memory error when restarting the laptop. After sending my laptop in for repair and getting it back with the exact same issue, I had to revert to version 1.2 which was fine for a week or so. now however you can't stay on 1.2. As soon as I revert, the laptop automatically updates to 1.3 again on the next restart. So I moved on to version 1.5 which seems to have resolved the memory error but now I am unable to utilize sleep mode. As soon as I put the laptop to sleep it won't wake up. The fans spin, and the backlit keyboard flashes like crazy, but the num lock is frozen and the screen never turns on. I have to hard reset it by holding the power button for a few seconds. Quite annoying having to shutdown the laptop every time instead of just being able to close the lid and go. My old laptop was an XPS17 and I never had an issues out of it. I just bought my wife a XPS 15 and she has zero issues with operating system errors, bios or sleep issues. This G7 is a total lump of . It is literally a month or so old and I have yet to have a solid week without issues.

And yes I have all of the latest Dell, NVidia, and Windows updates and drivers. Also, running all of the pre-boot and after boot support assistant test return normal results.
