GPU temp are too high

Question

So i recently bought dell inspiron 3593 around June of 2020. I noticed that the GPU temp is always quite high when its idle it ranges from 56-65c and when gaming it goes up to 92c. Just wanted to ask if this is normal because its relatively new which mean there should be any dust in the fans.

Specs:

Processor: Intel i5-1035G1

GPU: NVIDIA MX 230

Ram: 8GB
