Hard Drive error

I have a Dell Inspiron 3521. I was getting Blue screen error of death multiple times. Now I have checked for Diagnostic from ePSA. I got errors from Hard drive. It says 

Error Code: 2000-0151

Validation 127557

Msg: Hard drive 0

S/N W0V3S8XM , Incorrect Status = 32

Please help me!
