Hard drive not installed
my laptop suddenly ran into a problem. pre-boot system check says "hard drive not installed". then it restarted. after a few minutes, same error. then the last one, an error appeared with an alarming sound displaying an error code, validation code and service tag. it also says "need immediate attention". tried to run preboot diagnostics online and input the codes, but its not working. whats wrong with my laptop?

Hi, Thank you for your response. sorry I just read this now. I sent my laptop to the service center. There was a problem with the hard drive so they replaced it. Thank you. Cheers!
