Hardware Acceleration issue
Hii,
I have an Inspiron 7400. When I try to use sketchup it works for a while and then says '
The following errors were found when launching SketchUp:
- Hardware acceleration is unsupported or has been disabled on your graphics card. SketchUp requires that you use a hardware accelerated graphics card.
Unfortunately, these errors will prevent SketchUp from running.'
I have updated all of my drivers, windows updates, ran several tests using Dell Support Assistant but it says nothing is wrong. When I contacted Dell they asked me to run a few tests but it passed all of them (this included a LCD BIST and PSA diagnostics). They are telling me it is a software issue but I am unsure how to fix it.
Also when I open photoshop after it has crashed it says my graphics processor is incompatible. I will attach screenshots of the error messages. If anyone could help that would be amazing as I have my final deadline for my MA next week and can't seem to render anything.
Also my system information as follows:

This page at SketchUp should help as well as this page. From what I am seeing from your posted pics, you have an integrated and not discrete GPU. The specs below are from their support page, the bold text is mine. Also go to the Checkup page here to see if your GPU meets the requirements.

Hii,
Thanks for your response. I forgot to mention I did download the checker and these were the results but essentially it passed every test but sketchup still will not open.
I have set the sketchup settings to the nvidia card when this issue started but for some reason it still is not recognised. I have also been using sketchup for 3 months with no issues, this problem is fairly recent and hardware acceleration is turned on also.

When hardware acceleration is not working on your PC, or if you encounter a similar error message as shown below in a game or any other program, you should install a new driver for your graphics card or sound card, in other words, update your graphics card or sound card driver.
