Looking at the storage specifications of inspiron 5570 the answer is yes you can .You can clone the old ssd after that build in the new larger ssd and finally restore everything

popular software for doing something like this is macrium reflect also the manual that helps you installing the ssd is here

Is your C: drive an M.2 SSD or SATA SSD???

My C Drive is Sandisk X400 M.2 2280 256GB.

I just need to know what hard drive to buy to replace this?
