Help With Keyboard

The Keyboard paint on six of my keys has flaked off. This seems to be a problem with the manufacturer as keyboard use is not heavy, Key effected include E,A,S,D,Shift and N. A few others appear likely to peel or flake.

Computer is 95% in home use, 5% infrequent travel. No cleaners, or chemicals of any kind have ever been used on keys or keyboard.

Will Dell repair as a Mfg problem?
