@anne_droid no there's nothing just blue screen error and then when it restarts it takes me to dell assist and it checks the drivers but when it is almost completed it says disk 1 couldn't check and the beeping sound comes and after that it is OK for a while but then when I am using my laptop it does that again

A hard reset is step one.
HOLD the PWR button down for 30 seconds.
Is there any sign of activity, fans running, screen illuminating or LED's flashing?

Next would be a full diagnostic on the hardware, storage device especially.
