Hinge broken third time

I am very sorry to say that Dell india is a worse company. It never care about loyalty. I have bought a dell inc 3511 in June 22 laptop but it was nightmare. Its hinge broker within a year. Company Change it free of cost as it was under warranty. They said that that this will not happen again. But within six months it broke again. Dell charge full amount to change it. But it broke again. Some people of Dell said that it is a manufacturing defect. But no words from company. This is ridiculous.
