How long to install Microsoft Services?
I bought a dell Inspiron 15 laptop, with Micrsoft Home & office loaded on it.
During Initial boot, there is a screen "Office comes with your device". In the lower right corner is a button "Got it". I Clicked on it and got a blue screen (not full BSOD). After 2.5 Hours, no visible progress is made.

I can still click on the back button.
How long should I wait for the next informational screen after clicking on "Got it" button?
Is there something wrong with the laptop (it's about 2 days old)?

This is apparently a common problem (i.e. a bug) with systems that are set up this way, very possibly from other vendors besides Dell. I found this page advising disconnecting internet for this step as a way to get past it; however I don't know what ripple effects this might have during other steps, e.g. activating Windows. Presumably this happens AFTER the system requests a Wi-Fi network? One idea might be connecting your system to your router with an Ethernet cable before setup, just to get past this step.
