How to resolve the "other devices" in Device Manager?
I have a few devices are listed under "Other devices" in my Inspiron 13 7370. How do I resolve them?

We cannot see your image. What did you -- manually reinstall Windows? If you did, make sure it was Windows 10 -- this model system does not support any older version of Windows at all.

No, I did not reinstall the window 10. I wonder why the images does not show on your screen. Let me upload the image again with this post.
If you do not see the image, here are the devices with question marks,

Did you connect a new phone to the system? Those look like you have a missing driver set for your cell phone.

Samsung Flow was installed to pass data between my S9 and laptop. Do you think this is the reason why? So Samsung Flow did not install the drivers correctly?
I do have whole bunch other Samsung Software installed on my PC. I guess I can ask Samsung why these drivers are not installed.
Thanks,
