Incorrect Region When Reinstalling Windows 10

Pc - inspiron 5405 with Ryzen 7 4700u with user upgraded ram (16gb 3200 MHz)

Hi,

I have been having issues with my pc BSODing (various messages relating to graphics and memory) during normal use. I contacted dell support who went thorough diagnostics and recommended I reset the pc to factory. After following their instructions, support assist reinstalled the USA version of windows 10 (app store and keyboard set to USA)  with no prompt to change region at any point during setup, I then went round in circles various times with support, long story short, I reinstalled the os four times with no resolution which was a huge waste of time. Support then recommended I contact Microsoft who then told me that this is an oem issue and should be sorted out by dell.

I have found that even after changing my region in the windows setting to the united kingdom, I still have subtle issues with localization so I very much would like to get back to the uk version. Any ideas?

Download ISO. Use Rufus to create USB.
