Inspiron 15 5575 screen problems

My screen won't come on and I keep getting different diagnostics led configurations. I tried removing the battery and cmos battery and it came on temporarily so I tried to install a new copy of windows but it didn't boot from the USB. What is the problem? I need this fixed asap

Based on the symptoms of the other thread, verify that whavever media you're using to boot the system does work in another system.  If it does, the scattered error messages point to a bad system board, which you'll need to replace.

It depends on the “problem”. If the screen is damaged you replace the screen. If the graphics card ship on the motherboard lost its contacts due to heat you have it reballed. This last option is usually temporary. It may last a few weeks to a few months but usually, the fault comes back. Very few are the machines that keep working for long after reballing. It will also depend on the use you are going to give to the machine after reballing. If you are a player and you decide to keep on playing the issue will most probably return. If you use the computer just to check emails and browse the web, as long as you do not see a lot of video content, it may last a bit longer.
