Inspiron 15 5577, audio drivers outdated
I have two Dell laptops and one is the Inspiron 15 5577 gaming laptop. Bought September 27, 2017. Warranty expired December 30, 2018. The other one is an Inspiron 15 3567 with no bass.
The reason I am writing this is mic does not auto detect in Inspiron 15 5577 if my headphones have mic with it. If I select headset, the audio quality goes completely bad and the same happens with my bluetooth headset. This needs to be fixed but in my other laptop even though I select headphones or headset works completely fine. I guess the issue is with the Waves Maxx Audio software. I am not able to update that audio software. That's the reason I am writing this.
Inspiron 15 5577 Realtek audio driver: 6.0.1.8142, A04 which was last updated on March 25, 2019
Inspiron 15 3567 Realtek audio driver: 6.0.8895.1, A16 which was last updated on June 22, 2020
Below is a comparison photo of the two drivers and also the max audio driver pop up on both the systems =

If there is an alternative driver for the Inspiron 15 5577 which supports bass and this type of Waves Maxx Audio pro feature please let me know.

I have a inspiron 15 5577 i7 and it seems my laptop can't install the official ones it says device not compatible something, but the same driver was previously installed on this device, after reinstalling windows this problem appears and thats why 3.5mm jack wasn't working too. Do you have any solution, sir?
