Inspiron 15 7000 gmaing: Caps Lock, 2, w, s, x randomly stop working: it' really affecting my productivity. how to resolve this issue? i tried every method online. however, none of them is wokring.

Unplug the system and remove the base cover. Check the condition of the battery -- it's very common to see keyboard and touchpad issues when a battery that's near the end of its life begins to swell. If the battery is at all swollen, remove and dispose of it immediately -- then order a replacement. The system will work on AC only without a battery.
If the battery shows no evidence of swelling, disconnect it from the system board and hold the power button for 30 sec. Disconnect and reconnect the keyboard from the mainboard. Then reconnect the battery and reassemble the system. See if that fixes the keyboard issue.
If you need a link to the service manual, post the full model number -- Inspiron 7593, etc. -- that will show on the main setup screen (F2 at powerup to access).
