INSPIRON 1525 BASE SYSTEM DEVICE error CODE 28

INSPIRON 1525 WINDOWS 10 64 BIT BASE SYSTEM DEVICE CODE 28 The drivers for this device are not installed. There are no compatible drivers for this device.
PCI bus 2, device 9, function 2
PCI bus 2, device 9, function 3
PCI bus 2, device 9, function 4

WHAT DRIVERS COULD THIS BE? Checked https://www.dell.com/support/article/en-ca/sln128811/dell-computer-support-for-windows-8-upgrade-and-windows-8-1-update?lang=en#Inspiron-Laptop but im using winows 10. Went through https://www.dell.com/support/home/ca/en/cabsdt1/Products/?app=drivers an it oesnt work. i recently upate my BIOS but that didnt resolve the issue. Please help.

Is your BIOS at least A17?

You will need to do a clean installation of Windows 10 ... NOT upgrade. I hope you did that.

Once Windows 10 is installed, use a Ethernet cable to get online and get all Windows 10 updates. The reason you do this is because wifi probably won't be working but Ethernet will.

After you do that --- this can take an hour or longer --- come back if you still have problems.

If it does not work then post the "Hardware ID"
