Inspiron 17 3793 doesnt support windows hello face?

Question

I bought a new Inspiron 17 3793 this week, and just noticed it seems doesnt support Windows Hello face? That's a surprise. is it by design (because the camera is not good enough) or it's just my issue (missing drivers/updates/etc?). anyone has any ideas?
