Inspiron 1764, Windows 10, colorful screen crash

On a daily basis, mostly when I have a number of windows and tabs open or when playing videos on Windows Media Player, my machine shows me this screen for about 5 seconds and then shuts totally down.

Hopefully this has happened some of you and you were able to fix the problem. The computer is pretty much unusable at this point. It's crashing so often now that I can't trust it anymore. The 1 year warranty expired on September 20, 2011.

Any ideas?
