Hi,

I am unable to get the correct MS Bus Controller driver for the Inspiron 3543 for Windows 10.

Please find the details below:

Just to be sure here: You updated latest Chipset drivers from your Dell Product Support page - 3543)?  Support for Inspiron 3543 | Drivers & Downloads | Dell US - Intel Serial IO Driver - Intel Management Engine Interface Driver - Intel Chipset Device Software If yes, run free version of Malwarebytes to get rid of any malware that might have downloaded onto computer. Antivirus for Windows 10 | Windows Antivirus | Malwarebytes Windows 10 Malware sometime will show up as 'Other Devices' in device manager.

Hi LSUFAN51, thanks so much for getting back to me. I have installed the three chipset drivers and run the malwarebytes to check for malware, but it has not picked up anything. Kind regards, Jon-Paul

It's probably best to just reinstall windows 10. Please view the videos in links below. In first video, it will show you how to back up your data and then guide you through the reinstallation process. Thanks you for the feedback and information. Good luck.
