Did you make any changes or install any updates before the system started giving you that message? Run Diagnostics (F12 immediately at boot) just to be sure the drive is still detected and has no problems. Keep UEFI and it is possible that the MBR is corrupt. This web page will help you repair it just follow the directions. And also this video as well.

You also might want to obtain a version of the Win 10 Install media or a recovery drive.  Checking what the BCD Store is showing might give us some clues..

The last picture does not help and the other 2 are not being displayed yet. What did you think would be like an update? And which files did you think your sister deleted?

In the ePSA it appears that the drive temp is displayed so the drive looks to be detected so follow the instructions I posted for repairing the MBR.

My reply is at the beginning of this thread. And It looks like your sister deleted Windows files that are required to run Windows. Depending how much she deleted you may have to do an install using the media creation tool here. I would install but choose the keep files selection and it should reinstall Windows but keep your important programs and files.

I am guessing that it is far more than a corrupt or missing MBR. It would appear to be system files. This video should help. And this one as well, just follow the steps and if you feel that you cannot understand the video then you may have to seek the services of a friend or a PC shop.

One last thing, if you do not know or understand how to create the installation tool from the media creation tool then go to this web page.

Sorry for the misinformation about MBR, I meant to refer to BCD being missing or corrupt. It's an age thing.

As the pages I linked to describe, download the media creation tool from the MS site I linked to in my previous message. Once you run that tool it will download Windows 10 and create a bootable Windows 10 installation USB drive. Just follow the video (that I referred to previously)  and it will step you through. Then do an install by choosing the selection to keep your files and settings when you install Windows 10. When you are creating the USB drive make sure to choose the option to create the drive and not to update the computer you are using to download and create the USB.

Any updates katkat003 ?

You downloaded windows 10 media onto a USB flash drive, and then install it onto computer? The computer is running normally now as no problems ?
