Inspiron 5405 - stuck/freeze on Dell Boot Logo - Windows 11 - SupportAssist OS Recovery
Device loads up to the Dell logo - latest Bios 1.16.0 is installed, Secureboot on (deploy / audit mode) - Custom on ! - TPM on - no hardware errors via diagnostic tool - test M.2 Nvme plugged into another M.2 slot or also used another Samsung M.2 or also test swapped the ram slot as well as the entire ram, tried all Windows versions including WIndows 11 23H2 directly from Microsoft - all versions behave the same, can be booted and installed from a USB stick via Ventoy, but if an attempt is made to boot via internal SSD / HDD, it does not continue. Linux like Ubuntu work via boot and installation without problems. I have no more ideas what could be the reason

EDIT:
Device was sent in via Dell Support, SSD and mainboard were replaced, so there was definitely a hardware error!
