Inspiron 5502, multiple issues

Purchased my Inspiriron 15 5502 May 23rd. In October, my laptop wouldn't turn on. Had to send it to Dell. They replaced the "Motherboard". I had to wait until a "part" came in, so it took longer than normal. I lost everything, all programs, all docs, everything. Today, February 16th, my laptop won't turn on. They are sending me a box so I can mail my laptop back to them again.

I live in a very clean home, with a beautiful office, and we have no children. So, it's just me using the laptop. Besides personal use, I also use it to document "Minutes" for church meetings, our HOA, and other work. I'm in the middle of doing our taxes (on "Quick Books"), so I'm very upset.    

I asked if Dell would just replace this with another laptop and was told "no". It had to be within 30 days of purchase date.

I've had numerous laptops in my life and have never experienced this. I'm using my husband's 7-year old Lenovo ideapad to type this.  Guess what--never a problem with his laptop.

Update = After verifying ownership and completing troubleshooting, a DELL agent setup a refurbished system exchange.
