Inspiron 7375, multiple power inputs

Question

I am using the Inspiron 7375. I have one power adapter port and one USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Type-C) port with power delivery.

If I connect to both the power adapter port and the USB 3.1 Gen 1 (Type-C) port with power delivery, is the Inspiron 7375 charging from both power source or one of them?

Is that safe and can charging the battery faster?

When both are connected, power charging is only from the power adapter port. Yes, it is safe. No, using both ports does not charge the battery faster.
