Inspiron 7380, multiple problems keep showing up

To whom it may concern, 

Last month my computer was sent to the sercive center, for the third time. 
And it seems like every time that the computer is "fixed" it presents more failures than before. 


I have requested a computer replacemnet since the mother board has been changed twice, the screen display once, the charging port twice, the HDD once, etc.... And STILL it presents glitch problems, charging problems, brightness problems, video/audio problems. 

But the agents apparently are not able to help me, so I've been passed from agent to agent without a reasonable explanation nor solution. I have asked to speak to someone that is able to help me, but the only reply I have been given is: "it is not possible". 

My device continues to fail, and  I need it daily for my work and studies. So it is really frustrating to talk to technical assistants for 2 hours and still have no solution. The problems just keep showing after they have been "fixed" over and over again.

I must add that the idea of the device replacement was provided by one of the Dell agents, it is not somehting I made up.

Unfortunately, we haven't received further updates regarding the service yet. We’re experiencing some challenges in logistics, including the availability of parts and technicians. Rest assured, we are working with our service partners to have the repairs completed for you at the earliest.

Hi,

Thank you for the follow up, but please consider that as time passes by, my warranty is slowly coming to an end and that really worries me. 

Please consider me for a refurbished system exchange. When one of the agents contacted me he told me that there was either the option of sending a specialized technician O R applying for a computer replacement. Since the beginning I have prefered the second option. Especially because I have the necessity to travel soon,  and I find it really difficult to keep taking care of the possible failures that will come after (as my experience has taught me).   But once again I have been taken from agent to agent and they all say different things, and do not give continuous support.

My computer has been to several service appointments, but it just keeps developing more and more faults. The time, energy and money dedicated to these continuous failures have surpassed common sense. I hope you share with me the idea that having a whole device replacement is the most logical solution for both, customer and service supplier.

Please inform me if my petition has been considered.
