Inspiron 7577 won't shut down completely
i noticed some older posts about this issue... but i just experienced it a few weeks ago... been using my laptop for over a year now... and just had the problem recently and i dont know what caused it...
when i shut down, the keyboard is lights are still on and i have to manually press the power button for a few seconds for it to turn off...
any ideas on what to do? does my problem have anything to do with updating my Windows 10

Is Fast Boot turned off?
Is there a Windows update that needs to complete?

i dont have any pending updates on my Windows 10... and SupportAssist also says i dont need any new updates...
is that the fast startup?
