Inspiron Charger Issue

Yesterday I noticed that my laptop charger wasn’t working properly.
It said charger plugged in, but not charging.
I put my computer into hibernation.
Today when I tried to bring it out of hibernation I got this screen.
What should I do?
Is there any hope of recovering my unsaved information?
Or do I have to reboot?
