Inspiron laptop
Hey,
I bought an Inspiron 15 laptop from directly through dell. I also purchased the extended in-home warranty as well. It has only been 2 years since the purchase of my laptop and already I have had dell replace the screen, keyboard, mouse trackpad all within the first year. I was like it was my bad luck, but it got worst, I was told by the salesperson on the phone that my warranty is covered for 3 years with in-home support hence the reason why I bought the laptop in the first place. But now the charging does not work. I am so done with this laptop, when I called dell for help as this is the only laptop I use for school and I can't afford another one, no one wanted to help me at all. Dell used to be a good company but now all they care about is their sales. I would really appreciate if someone can help me because at this point im done with this laptop.

We'll need your system model number and version of windows. Example: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
If you don't know, type msinfo into the search box, you should see exact model number listed by System Model and the operating system listed by OS Name.
In the meantime, check the status of the AC adapter and battery health in the BIOS. If the Adapter isn't detected in the BIOS, the computer will continue to received power but will not charge the battery. Please follow the steps below.
1. Power off system
2. Power on system. quickly start tapping F2 key continuously until you see the BIOS setup.
The adapter should say it's type. If adapter says 'Unknown' or 'None' then it most likely a faulty adapter or DC jack.
Note: Please wiggle the adapter's end while checking it in the BIOS. This will help ensure the DC Jack isn't loose.
If possible, provide an image of the battery health and AC adapter in the BIOS
