Install SSD

I have Dell Inspiron 7559

After Dell help disc advised me to buy SSD not more than 128 GB with M.2, I buy this and install it but my laptop can't read it.

Transcend 128GB Nvme PCIe Gen3 X4 MTE110S M.2 SSD Solid State Drive

Any help?

Correct, but there are two different types of M.2 SSDs electrically:  SATA and NVMe.

Most new systems can take either. Your older system does not support the newer NVMe drives.  It will work correctly only with SATA drives.

Go into your BIOS and change the SATA setting from RAID to AHCI

The 7559 supports M.2 in SATA only - that's an NVMe drive.  It will never work in the system.

You'll need to return the drive and order an M.2 SATA drive.

But, there is a place in the motherboard for the small SSD.
