I have the same exact thing on the same exact computer. I never used it or had a need to use it prior to the pandemic and dell wants $250 to look at it. People all over the internet have the same issue and no one has been able to solve it. Dell refuses to acknowledge it at all. I will never buy another dell. Anyway have you had any luck? if so can you share and I will do the same. I may just buy an external camera which makes me even more angry, but I wont give more money to dell.

I had this same error pop up, an absolute nightmare!
Method 1: You can check for the camera driver by going to Start>Device Manager>View>Show Hidden Devices and then updating by right-clicking, if available.
Method 2: I accidentally uninstalled my integrated camera driver and wouldn't let me install it back when going to Action>Scan For Hardware Changes, so I installed the driver through Dell support.
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=8x9xj.
Here's the link, just download the driver and install the exe. Follow the instructions and make sure to restart your computer when you are given the option in the exe. file. I had to do this a couple of times and the 2nd time I was able to get my integrated camera driver back in the Device Manager and working with the camera app. Hope this helps anyone with the same issue. ;)
