Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.
Open Device Manager.
In the device's Properties dialog box, click the Driver tab.
Select Uninstall, when prompted with the uninstall confirmation, please make sure you have checked the Delete the driver software for this device, and then hit OK to continue.
Then reboot your computer. Windows will automatically help you update the correct driver once you restart.
If that's not working, then test our driver against the Intel one to see if it will install for you.

You suggested I reply with a "private message" and I am assuming that is what I am doing now. If this is posted for all to see please tell how to send a "private message". This is the first time I have used the Dell community to request assistance.
Regarding the suggestions you sent me on July 27th, I am on the road right now. When I get back home next month I'll get right on it.
