Intel PROSet/Wireless eating up CPU and battery usage

Hello,

I have an Inspiron 5559 that has been running quite slow lately. I pulled up the task manager and saw that three processes are chewing up my CPU and battery usage.

Intel PROSet Wireless Zero Configuration Service and PROSet Wireless Event Log Service are using approximately 25% of the CPU EACH, as well as being "very high" on power usage. A third, possibly related program Local Security Authority Process is using another 15-20% of the CPU and has a "high" power usage. Overall, this is just slowing down simple tasks like opening up a web browser or gaming.

I would greatly appreciate a fix to this ASAP. Thanks!
