Intel UHD Graphics 620
Olá,tenho um Dell Inspiron 15 3000,ele tem um i3-8130U e 4gb de ram.
Minha placa mãe tem um limite de VRAM 128MB para a Intel UHD 620.
Gostaria de saber quando eu fazer um upgrade de memoria ram para 8gb o limite será aumentado ?

That's a hard limit - there is no way to increase it.

The 128M is not the video memory - it is a fixed frame buffer. It will not change even with more added system RAM.
The actual video RAM is shared with your system memory.
Generally, anything that you run which trips a video RAM error (insufficient video RAM) like that requires a dedicated AMD or nVidia GPU -- these have much more dedicated video memory. Your current system has no true dedicated video RAM at all - it's all shared system RAM.

Yes, and the operating system does this by default. It won't change the Z-buffer (128M) though - that's fixed.
