Internal microphone not recording
Hello,
Dell Inspiron 5570
My microphone stopped working mid-call on the app Fuze. I could hear the caller but they could not hear me.
I checked sound settings and everything seemed fine. It says there are no updates for the system and drivers are updated. The microphone is recognizing sound (green bars below). I have tried testing with the voice recorder and I get no sound upon playing back the recording. My speakers work just fine. Any ideas?

Hello Dell Service,
I have bought a dell laptop Inspiron 14 Inch for less than 4 weeks. I have same issues same as above mentioned. The computer microphone works on zoom meeting for initial period during a meeting, and then the microphone stop working, I can heard other people talking, people can not hear me. Can you please help me to fix this issue?
