Internet Connection Issues

Dear Community/Developers,

I have Internet connection issues with my laptop, the detailes are the following:

Laptop: Dell G3 3773 (I7-8750H, 1050Ti, 16GB RAM etc)

Platform: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit Version 1903

Internet: location is Hungary, network speed is 500 down, 20 up. Router is sending both 2.4GHz and 5GHz signals, my phone is connected to 5GHz and getting 350-450Mbps. Problem is my pc is getting only 40-50Mbps wirelessly and 110Mbs wired.

Cable: Cat5e 1Gb UTP cable

What i have tried:

-Reset Router and Pc, Reset Network Driver to default

-I have no VPN services or apps

-I have deleted SmartByte as soon as i started my pc for the first time

-I have tried Delivery Optimization in Win10

-I have tried both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz channels wired and wirelessly

-I have updated all the drivers (Network, BIOS, etc)

Note: My PC is capable of wired gigabit beacuse 6 months ago i was on a gigabit network and got 850Mbps

What could be the Problem? Can Anyone Help me?
